Either pay online or make checks payable to 'CUUB' with "CONtribUUtion" in the memo line, and send them to Community Unitarian Universalists in Brighton, 3333 S. Old US Highway 23, Brighton MI 48114.

This fee includes accommodations, all activities and meals including a light Friday night snack, 3 meals on Saturday, and Sunday breakfast. We’re planning CONbands (small groups), Coffee House (talent show), lots of fun and creative workshops in areas of fabric, jewelry, painting, games, etc. There may even be some surprises in store!

We hope your group will stay for our Sunday service at 10:30am, which will be the CON Service we plan together on Saturday.

*** Parents must complete an Emergency Form for all youth who participate. Bring the form with you to CUUB with a copy of your registration form that has been signed by a parent/guardian. All forms are available on the CON Webpage.

Registration deadline: October 25, 2019. (We are limiting space to 50 youth)

Scholarships: If your home church is unable to offer you financial assistance, please contact us. We have a few partial $20 scholarships available.

Please note: We need one adult from each church. The adult / youth ratio is (1 adult = 7 high schoolers) and (1 adult = 5 middle school), including at least one adult from each church with youth attending.
