Search Update from Board of Trustees

Dearest CUUBies,

As you know, your Board initiated the the Interim Search process after we did not successfully call a settled minister. Unfortunately, we were not successful in matching with an Interim Minister, which was a known risk.

The Board is working with the UUA Transitions Office to determine our next steps for Ministry, which is generally called Contract Ministry, and can be made of any range of more than one part time minister to a single full time minister (this is actually how we got Rev. Julie).

We have been assured there are options available, and as arrangements can be made, we will keep the congregation informed.
